Payments

1. All quotes are valid for 30 (thirty) days only.
2. All fees and/or costs are excluding VAT .
3. Only fully completed and authorized (PO numbers) applications will be accepted.
4. Invoice is presented within 2 days from registration and payable in full at least 5 days before the event.
5. Payment terms of this registration are based on full payment up front.
6. The cancellation terms are applicable on your registration as soon as you submit your registration
7. Your attendance is only confirmed on the receipt of proof of the full payment.
Only on payment will you receive the access code to the virtual master class.
8. Foreign payments will incur bank charges which will be added to your invoice.

10. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
11. More than 2 Months before event date = 0% of total cost
12. Less than 2 Month before event date = 35% of total cost
13. Less than 1 Month before event date = 60% of total cost
14. Less than 14 days before event date = 85% of total cost
15. Less than 7 days before event date = 100% of total cost
